Al-Hijra ✨ the Islamic new year celebration ✨ marks the day when Muhammad set up the first Islamic State in Medina.

Although less widely-celebrated than the two major Eid festivals, Hijra is still honored with family feasts (sometimes involving fireworks 🧨) and marked with resolution setting. 😌
